Dr. Stephen Moskal
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Stephen Moskal oversees VICTUS’s engineering and product development teams. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from RIT and led agentic-AI cyber research during his MIT CSAIL postdoc, authoring the seminal paper “LLMs Killed the Script Kiddie.” He applies that same forward-thinking research to VICTUS’s hardest navigation and sensing problems.
