Director of USAF Growth
Ted leads VICTUS’s Air Force growth strategy across USAF and USSOCOM mission sets. A combat veteran and former Air Force Special Operations Command pilot, he served more than 26 years in assignments across Europe, the Pacific, and other global locations. He brings extensive experience in major aircraft production, advanced R&D, unmanned systems, cyber, PNT, and artificial intelligence, and also serves as CEO of Vector Command Strategies. Ted is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and National War College alumnus.
